But according to reports, the railways is now working on a new system, under which the chart along with the confirmed seat will be issued before 24 hours, i.e. a full day in advance.

If you book a train ticket in advance, sometimes it is not confirmed and remains on the waiting list. Due to this, it creates a lot of problems for the passengers. Now Indian Railways is working on this new rule to solve this problem of passengers. According to the report, the Railways has also started a trial for this new system. From June 6, this system has started as a pilot run in Bikaner division of Rajasthan, which is giving positive results so far. So this experiment will be tried for the next few weeks. So if this experiment is successful then it will definitely bring comfort to the train passengers.

People can also make alternative arrangements by knowing about ticket confirmation 24 hours in advance. However, even after this new rule is implemented, no current rules will change. This will include the provision of instant tickets. As per the old rules, passengers could get tickets instantly. However, this new rule is going to be very beneficial for people travelling by train in the future.
