Journey Of Female Blackmailer Archana Nag From Tribal-dominated Kalahandi To Bhubaneswar

Archana Nag’s path from her native tribal-dominated Kalahandi district to building her empire by extorting powerful people in Bhubaneswar is nothing short of a Bollywood film. Archana and her husband Jagabandhu Chand accomplished feats that would have taken seven births to accomplish in a short period of time. Their “Intimate conversation, Photos and Videos” strategy was the key to their easy money. First, Jagabandhu narrowed down his potential victims. Then, Archana spoke with them online before inviting them to her residence, where the trap was set.

The duo did not demand hundreds or millions of rupees from their victims; instead, they demanded crores. The couple’s stunning home, exotic canines, horse, and high-end cars are sufficient evidence that they were using their money to live the life of their dreams. The majority of her victims were prominent businesspeople, government figures, movie makers, and even politicians. Resuming Archana’s travels, she is a native of Kesinga in the Kalahandi area. Her family moved to Kesinga after abandoning their home hamlet of Kenduguda in the Lanjigarh block. The oldest daughter is Archana. Her voyage from Kesinga to Bhubaneswar and the creation of her empire, however, remain shrouded in secrecy.

In a similar vein, her spouse Jagabandhu comes from a low-income family in the Balasore district’s Jaleswar. His family has so far been residing in a thatched cabin in the village. He had previously been an assistant at his father’s little grocery store. He did, however, relocate to Bhubaneswar and began working there. He met Archana later on and got married to her. The couple can compete with any international con artist. A local named Nihar Ranjan Mishra responded to a question about Archana by saying, “She was born in Lanjigarh and had studied in Kesinga because her mother was employed here. She hasn’t been around for a while.

A villager who knew Jagabandhu similarly stated, “From what I recall, he used to operate a food store with his father. My classmate was also his brother. I hadn’t seen him since then. Archana, a native of tribal-dominated Kalahandi, had transformed into the “Queen Bee” to ensnare politicians, businesspeople, public servants, producers, directors, and performers. On the other hand, the appearance of a photo of the couple with a number of politicians, including Jagannath Sarka of the Odisha Cabinet, Jual Oram of Sundargarh, Surjya Narayan Patro of the BJD, and Manmath Routray, the son of the late Congressman Suresh Routray, has increased rumours about their ties to the Biju Janata Dal.

In the meantime, Bhubaneswar DCP Prateek Singh announced during a news conference that “A case was filed against Archana Nag at Khandagiri police station on October 2.” She has a case 496/22 filed against her under the 387, 420, and 506 IT Act. Her strategy was to first create a close friendship with the victims using very sophisticated means. Then she invited them over to her home and had sex with them. The victims, who hailed from prominent backgrounds, were later subjected to intimate recordings that were secretly captured and blackmailed.

“An investigation into the entire affair has already started. Her husband has also received notice from us to appear before the police. Her home was searched and a pen drive, laptop, and bank passbooks were taken. The cops are also investigating her bank activities and information. The Reserve Bank of India has been contacted for all pertinent information (RBI). The DCP continued, “Efforts are also being made to identify all of the victims who were blackmailed by the female blackmailer.
