For Android
- First, go to your phone’s Settings and tap on Data Usage / Network & Internet.
- Select the date range as per your requirement and see the total data used.
- If you scroll down, you will see a list of all the apps based on data usage.
For iPhone (iOS)
- Go to your iPhone Settings.
- Tap on the Cellular or Mobile Data option.
- Here you can see complete information about how much data each app has used.
