Boycott Turkey Trend: Know the List of Goods Import from Turkey; What will be the Impact of Boycotting?

Operation Sindoor was praised by all countries but Turkey showed friendship with Pakistan and condemned India and Operation Sindoor. Saying that it was injustice towards the terrorists, Turkey supported them at every step. But while collecting stones, it seems that Turkey forgot about diamonds. When a natural disaster struck Turkey, India came forward as a friend in the disaster, but Turkey stabbed its friend in the back. As a result, boycotting Turkey has now become a trend in India.

Indian Trader Boycotting Turkey Goods

First, traders refused to buy cement and marble from Turkey. After that, it is expected that other goods coming from Turkey will be banned. Marble used to come to India in large quantities from Turkey. According to national media reports, about 1,29,882 metric tonnes of marble used to come to India every year. Pune traders have announced not to import marble from Turkey.

In addition, carpets, furniture, hand-made embroidered items, silk fabrics, linen, olive oil, dried fruits, cherries, spices and herbal teas were also imported. Industrial machines, building materials and agricultural equipment also came from Turkey. Now, there is a clamor in big hotels in Delhi and Mumbai to stop preparing Turkish dishes. People are also asking for Turkish tea and shawarma not to be prepared in India.
