How to Make UPI payments Offline?
- To make offline UPI payment, you have to dial *99# from your mobile.
- After this, a menu will appear on the screen, where you have to select the option to send money.
- Then, select the option to pay by mobile number and give the number of the person.
- Along with giving the number, his name will appear, which you should definitely check.
- Then enter the amount and give your UPI PIN, and the payment will be successful within a few seconds.
Note: Please note that to use this facility, your mobile number must be linked to your bank account. In some cases, Aadhaar linkage is also required. If the number is not linked, the payment may fail. This facility has made digital payments easier and safer, especially at times when internet access is not available.
