Under this offer, Flipkart Plus members can get a free Netflix Mobile Plan every month based on their shopping. There is no need to purchase a separate Netflix subscription or recharge a bundle. This benefit will be available from August 1.
Netflix Partners with Flipkart for the First Time
Till now, customers were getting free Netflix subscription with mobile recharge plans. But this is the first time that such a partnership has been made between an e-commerce company and Netflix. Another special feature of this offer is that customers can avail this benefit not only from Flipkart but also by shopping through Flipkart Minutes.
How to Get Free Netflix While Shopping on Flipkart?
If you are a Flipkart Plus member and make 4 purchases worth Rs 299 or more in a month, the free Netflix Mobile Plan will be activated in your account. If you are not a Flipkart Plus member, then you will not be able to avail this offer.
- Flipkart Plus members will have to complete 4 eligible orders worth Rs 299 or more in a calendar month. These orders can be placed on Flipkart, Flipkart Minutes and Flipkart Grocery platforms.
- After completing the fourth eligible order, the Netflix Mobile Plan will be automatically activated for the next 30 days.
- Through this, you can watch Netflix’s entire library of Indian, international films and web series.
- This benefit will be activated directly through the Flipkart App. For this, there is no need to log in separately or pay any fee.
- This plan will automatically expire after 30 days. To get this benefit again, the customer will have to place 4 more such eligible orders.
What are the Alternatives Without Flipkart Plus?
If you don’t have a Flipkart Plus subscription, you can check if your mobile network provider’s recharge plan includes any offer with Netflix subscription. It is worth noting that the regular monthly price of Netflix Mobile Plan is Rs. 199.
